Vice President with Roanoke Trade Services, is an insurance broker who has
specialized in cargo insurance sales, underwriting & claims management for
over 39 years, and is the head of Roanoke Trade’s exclusive Transportation
Advantage Program for the transportation industry.
She has long been an
approved Lloyd’s cover holder and presently holds underwriting authority for the
Watkins Syndicate. Her expertise in the transportation industry makes her a
frequently-called speaker by the transportation industry for her insights on
transportation liabilities and risk management.

Jennifer has been in the surplus lines market since becoming a licensed
insurance broker, and maintains a book of business of various property and
casualty accounts with harder-to-place risks, which is her passion.

president of an insurance industry organization as well as serving on a state
level for the national association, Jennifer brings unique insights into the
day-to-day challenges facing the young professionals in the insurance/risk
management industry.
